As part of your purchase of a new aircraft, Robin Aircraft offers you a guarantee to cover the risks of failure of aircraft parts.
This warranty on parts lasts for 2 years or 1000 hours (whichever comes first) and is subject to inspection of the part in our workshops. This condition is mentionned in the “Bon de commande” you signed for your new aircraft.
Warranty applies as follows :
- PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY : if the warranty work is performed in Robin Aircraft premises/workshop
- PARTS WARRANTY ONLY: if the warranty work is carried out outside of Robin Aircraft premises/workshop

You have two options:
1. Your aircraft is immobilized and you want to be repaired as soon as possible:
- You send your request (form 1003130_Rev1: available for download here via the website questionnaire (New Aircraft Warranty Page) at the bottom of the page (remember to attach the signed attachment) or by email directly to the following address: garantie.avion@robin-aircraft.com
- We will answer you as quickly as possible.
- You order the replacement part on CEAPR Website.
- You pay the CEAPR invoice.
- The spare part is sent over to you.
- You return the defective part to us with the FORM1 (if available) and with the form 1003130_Rev1 fully and duly filled-in & signed.
- Subject to a Robin inspection and a positive conclusion, we will issue a credit note.
2. You do not wish to pay for the spare part.
- You send your request (form 1003130_Rev1 : available for download here) via the website questionnaire (New Aircraft Warranty Page) at the bottom of the page (remember to attach the signed attachment) or by email directly to the following address: garantie.avion@robin-aircraft.com
- We will answer you as quick as possible.
- In the meantime, you send us back the defective part with the FORM1 (if available) and form 1003130_Rev1 fully and duly filled-in & signed.
- Upon receipt, we inspect the part.
- Subject to Robin inspection and positive conclusions, we will then send you the spare part.
