Warranty claims


As part of your purchase of a new aircraft, Robin Aircraft offers you a guarantee to cover the risks of failure of aircraft parts.

This warranty on parts lasts for 12 months or 200 hours (whichever comes first) and is subject to inspection of the part in our workshops.

You have two options:

1. Your aircraft is immobilized and you want to be repaired as soon as possible:

  1. You send your request (form_1003130: available for download here via the website questionnaire (New Aircraft Warranty Page) at the bottom of the page (remember to attach the signed attachment) or by email directly to the following address: garantie.avion@robin-aircraft.com
  2. We will answer you within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. You receive a Pro-Forma for ordering the part (payment by bank transfer on the ROBIN RIB).
  4. You pay the invoice.
  5. We will send you the spare part.
  6. You return the defective part to us with the original signed form and FORM1.
  7. Subject to a favourable diagnosis, we will refund the coin after issuing a credit note.

2. You do not wish to pay for the spare part.

  2. We will answer you within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. In the meantime, you send us back the defective part with the original signed form and FORM1.
  4. Upon receipt, we inspect the part.
  5. Subject to a favourable diagnosis, we will then send you the spare part.
